Jürgen Heilbock has three main areas of practice: Complex corporate litigation, company sales / management buy-outs and general corporate law of stock corporations and limited liability companies including transformation law. An understanding of economic contexts and interdependencies is the basis for his consulting approach.
Jürgen studied law at the Universities of Freiburg im Breisgau, Nice (France) and FU Berlin. He holds an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University (USA) and is also admitted to the New York Bar. Prior becoming a founding partner of Ferox Legal, he worked for many years as a corporate partner for national and international commercial law firms in Frankfurt am Main.
