Where standards need to be questioned and the boundaries of disciplines need to be crossed. That is why we have founded Ferox Legal. Ferox Legal is a partnership that has embraced the goal of thinking ahead. We think ahead and want to overcome challenges together with you. To achieve this, we are working in an interdisciplinary manner. With a view to keeping the big picture in mind and the goal of offering our clients real and tangible added value.
We advise medium-sized companies and family offices as well as international groups with German subsidiaries, start-ups, VC funds, executive boards, managing directors, supervisory boards and boards of trustees. The firm also cooperates closely with foreign law firms that do not have their own offices in Germany. The substantive focus of the firm is on and at the interface between corporate and antitrust law as well as real estate, transportation law, corporate compliance, and dispute resolution.
