With the support of Ferox Legal, a family holding company succeeds in acquiring a majority stake in the “Groschenmarkt” retail chain, which is mainly known in eastern Germany and has over 44 stores. The transaction is followed by a transition phase in which the experience and proven strategic decisions of the previous management are to be relied upon.
Already after the closing of the transaction “Groschenmarkt” started its expansion and planned to open four new stores. The leasing of the commercial space is currently also accompanied by Ferox Legal, as well as advice on regulatory issues related to the Covid19 pandemic.
