Thomas Hopf’s practice focused on real estate transactions for national and international investors, insurance companies and family offices. In addition, Thomas Hopf represented national and international companies as well as private individuals in all real estate law matters. He regularly represented institutional investors, insurance companies and wealthy individuals in the purchase or sale of real estate in various real estate classes such as, e.g., office real estate, mixed-use real estate, logistics real estate, hotel, light industrial real estate, etc. Thomas completed a banking apprenticeship at Commerzbank in Frankfurt am Main before studying law. He studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz and the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Prior to becoming a founding partner of Ferox Legal, he worked for several years for various German and large Anglo-Saxon commercial law firms in Frankfurt am Main. He was a member of the supervisory board of a major building cooperative in the Rhine-Main area.
