Daria Rosenbaum specialises in advising on corporate transactions (M&A) and corporate law, regularly at the interface with procedural law issues. She advises on national and cross-border M&A transactions (buy/sell-side), including due diligence and legal fact books, venture capital and financing of start-ups, succession solutions for owner-managed companies as well as joint ventures. In the area of litigation, Daria Rosenbaum advises in particular on post-M&A and shareholder disputes.
Daria Rosenbaum studied at the University of Mannheim, where she obtained an LL.B. in 2016 before passing her first state examination in 2019. Daria Rosenbaum completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, including stages at a globally active international commercial law firm and a well-known Franco-German private bank.
